Using Shootless

These terms govern your use of Shootless, an AI image and video service operated under the name Shootless in the United States. Contact us at hello@shootless.co. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

You must be at least 18 and have authority to accept these terms for yourself or the business you represent. Keep your account credentials private and provide accurate account information. Early access is invitation-based; applying does not create a paid account or guarantee access.

Your content and generated results

You retain your rights in the content you upload. You give Shootless permission to store, process, and send your inputs to our generation providers as needed to provide the service. Only upload material you have permission to use, including product images, trademarks, and images of people.

As between you and Shootless, we claim no ownership of your generated results. You may use them for personal or commercial content where you have the necessary rights. AI results can be inaccurate, similar to other results, or ineligible for copyright protection. Check product details, text, likenesses, and any third-party rights before publishing. We do not guarantee exclusivity, accuracy, or a particular result.

Acceptable use

Do not use Shootless for illegal content, child exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonation, fraud, or infringement of another person's rights. Do not bypass account controls, provider safety systems, credit limits, or security protections. We may restrict or suspend activity that breaches these terms or threatens the service, and will explain the reason when doing so is appropriate.

Credits and subscriptions

Prices and credit allowances are shown before purchase, in US dollars. A monthly subscription charges the displayed amount when you subscribe and automatically renews each month until canceled. Cancel through Billing → Manage billing before your next renewal to prevent the next charge. Cancellation keeps your paid access until the end of the current period.

Monthly credits expire at the end of their billing period and do not roll over. Purchased top-ups are a separate one-time purchase, expire 12 months after purchase, and remain usable after subscription cancellation. Promotional credits may have model or expiry restrictions shown with the offer. Free early-access credits do not automatically convert to a paid plan.

Each generation displays its credit cost before submission. We reserve those credits when a request starts and deduct them when it completes successfully. A failed generation returns the reserved credits. If they expired while the request was running, replacement credits last 30 days and keep any original model restrictions. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold.

Plan changes take effect at the next renewal, with the new price shown before you confirm. A top-up adds credits without changing your subscription. We will give advance notice of subscription price changes and an opportunity to cancel before the new price applies.

Billing problems and refunds

If a payment is incorrect, duplicated, unauthorized, or you have a service problem, contact hello@shootless.co with the account email and receipt. We review refund requests individually. Subscription cancellation and account deletion do not themselves issue a cash refund. Nothing in these terms limits refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law.

Storage and deletion

Storage limits are shown with each plan. Keep your own copies of important files. Files are retained within your storage allowance during an active subscription and for 90 days after paid access ends. Files created without an active subscription are retained for 90 days. Deleting a file or account removes access sooner; download anything you want to keep first.

You can request permanent account deletion from Billing. Current generations must finish first. Deletion ends subscriptions immediately and removes your workspace, files, and remaining credits. Financial records may remain where needed for accounting, disputes, or legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Service availability and changes

Shootless depends on third-party model and infrastructure providers. Models, capabilities, and availability can change, and interruptions can occur. We will show the current cost and supported settings before a generation. Early-access features may change as we develop the product. Examples and concept references do not guarantee that every result will have the same quality.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without additional guarantees. These terms do not exclude protections or liability that cannot legally be excluded. If we materially change these terms, we will notify account holders before the changes take effect.
